Shoot days are where all the planning comes together—and having an experienced producer on set can make all the difference. I'm there to keep everything running smoothly, so your team can focus on creating great work. From the first conversation before the shoot to the final wrap, I bring a calm, organised presence that keeps communication clear, solves problems as they arise and helps the day stay on track. Whether I'm producing on set, directing the shoot, managing talent and crew, liaising with clients or keeping the schedule moving, my role is to make sure everyone knows where they need to be, what's happening next and that every detail is taken care of. This service includes: - Pre-shoot communication and planning - Client and crew liaison - On-site production management - Directing and coordinating the shoot - Schedule and time management - Managing talent, contributors and suppliers - Problem-solving on the day - Keeping production running smoothly from call time to wrap Day Rate - This service covers up to 10 hours on-site. - Overtime is charged at £50 per hour. - Mileage and any additional travel or production expenses are charged separately. Every shoot is different, but my approach stays the same: be prepared, stay adaptable and create a calm environment where everyone can do their best work. My job is to keep the day moving, handle the unexpected and make sure your production feels as seamless behind the scenes as it looks on camera.
